We have just had our En-suite bathroom completely refitted by J & D Betts Plumbing Services, Jody and his team were brilliant, and we are over the moon with the results. From start to finish his team were professional, efficient and so respectful of our home, they are the cleanest and tidiest workmen we have ever had in our home (and we have had a lot of houses and workmen) Jody came over and offered a free consultation, and he offered helpful suggestions on products, layout etc. Work started on time and we were kept informed of everything throughout the build. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the tiling WOW - love it !! Jody, Ric and Ardent, plus their selected contractors, have completed every job from removing radiators, plumbing for a new kitchen, to our newly renovated shower room and bedroom sink area with the utmost professionalism, care and courtesy. I very much appreciate Jody's advice throughout the renovation process. During such a bathroom renovation (1960s house) small issues were discovered but nothing fazed them. Tiling by Paul Cox and fit and finish of the new walls, floor, countertop and all fittings was of the highest standard with great attention to detail. Great communication throughout every job. We have an ensuite that we love and that just works - no issues, some months after installation. Couldn't wish for better.

After months of searching for a reliable plumber, we found JD Betts Plumbing. Jody turned up when he said he would and listened to what we wanted to do in our ensuite bathroom. He gave us a start date and arrived promptly on that day. Rick worked tirelessly in gutting our bathroom. We had new pipework fitted to incorporate our new shower and for the moving of our toilet and sink. They removed all the wall & floor tiles and prepped the room for plastering. We had new floor and wall tiles put in along with panelling. Jody & Rick then put everything back. We truly have an amazing bathroom which we love. We really can’t recommend Jody, Rick & the team enough. They are thoroughly professional, tidy, kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any kind of plumbing work that we needed doing. What an amazing team.

Jody and his team completely renovated our two bathrooms and upgraded us to a combi boiler in a matter of weeks. Everyone was so professional and made such an effort to ensure that we were happy at every key stage of the project. They took care of all the trades involved which gave us peace of mind, knowing exactly what was happening and who to expect at the house each day. J &D Betts were recommended to us after spending a long time looking for a reliable plumbing service and we are so glad they were! We required advice moving away from pure electric heating and Jody was on hand to help us decide the right move for us saving us £££ every year! On top of the new boiler installation, Jody and his team installed an en suite bathroom, a new mobility friendly bathroom suite and a kitchen all to our exact specifications, no ask was too big! All was done very professionally and to a very high standard, they explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We asked Jody to quote and subsequently carry out turning our tired bathroom into a sleek looking shower room, from the first time he came to quote, he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and accurate with the quote. He did an amazing job of transforming the room, along with other members of his team, Mick the tiler and Ben the electrician, who were also professional and first class workmen. The standard of the work was excellent, everything was kept extremely tidy and clean during the whole process, we wouldn't hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him, his excellent work ethic of " if I'm not happy with it, then why should I expect my customer to be" is rare to find these days, which resulted in an excellent finish throughout. We had recently our bathroom refurbished by Jody and his team. Excellent service from start to finish. Jody listened to our brief, kept us updated, nothing ever was a trouble. Everybody was reliable, polite and respectful of our property. We'd definitely use the team again.

Jody and his team recently fitted a downstairs wet room. From start to finish the service has been amazing. The organisation of his team has been great plumbers, electrician, plasterer and tiler, they have all worked to a high standard and all super friendly. Adding in last minute little jobs like adding an outside tap was no problem. We are now have Jody and his team fitting 2 more bathrooms, would highly recommend

Jodie’s team of Richard and Ardent did a great job of replacing our old shower cubicle with a spangly new one. Very clean workers and all the rubbish was taken away when they’d finished. They sorted out a couple of small niggly things that I’ve been meaning to do for ages! Highly recommend.

Shower installation

We recently had J&D Betts Plumbing Services install a complete new shower cubicle in our downstairs cloakroom. I am so pleased with the result. Rick, who carried out the work always arrived on time, protected the hallway floor with covering and cleared up as he went along, vacuming the cloakroom and hallway after each day. Also took away all the old pipework shower etc I.can definately recommend this company.
